About The Position

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building an effective pipeline of opportunities and winning new business at prospect accounts to drive significant sales growth for the company's North American plants. Form Technologies is a global manufacturing organization with revenues of more than $1 Billion, specializing in the precision manufacturing of metal components. The company operates 29 manufacturing facilities in 19 countries worldwide with plans to continue expanding. The right candidate for this job is skilled in opening doors and establishing effective relationships, challenging the status quo through industry expertise and insight, and showing the value of having Dynacast experts solve complex, precision-engineered part solution challenges. This position is eligible for a base annual salary plus a promising commission program.
