About The Position

The position involves identifying and developing strategic relationships with current and potential customers. The role requires collaboration with the sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives. The individual will assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects. Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components, establishing and maintaining ongoing client relationships, and managing special projects and events to advance key business goals. The candidate is expected to consistently achieve and exceed quotas and goals while representing Impact Floors in a professional manner. Travel is required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-years sales/business development experience required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and have less than 3 motor vehicle violations in the past 3 years.
  • Must have reliable transportation, up to date auto insurance and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Works with sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives.
  • Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects.
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components.
  • Establishing and maintaining ongoing client relationships with various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
  • Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects and events to advance key business goals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and represent Impact Floors in a positive manner.
