The position involves identifying and developing strategic relationships with current and potential customers. The role requires collaboration with the sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives. The individual will assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects. Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components, establishing and maintaining ongoing client relationships, and managing special projects and events to advance key business goals. The candidate is expected to consistently achieve and exceed quotas and goals while representing Impact Floors in a professional manner. Travel is required.
