ChampionX (SLB) has an immediate need for a Business Development Manage r - Valves and Controls l ocated in Denver, Colorado or Evans, CO to support the Rockies region. Responsible for leading the sales strategy for the NSWM Valves and Controls product line in this region as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 4 years of related experience in business development and/or sales role in the Denver or Evans, CO area.
  • Candidate must reside in Denver, CO or Evans, CO.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge and adherence to export control regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, prospective customers, employees, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience evaluating advertising copy and layouts.
  • Ability handle multiple projects and priorities at one time.
  • Ability to effectively work through collaborate efforts.
  • Capability to effectively develop strategy and execute merger and acquisition process steps.

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
