About The Position

The Business Development Manager for Clinical Lab Services will play a crucial role in positioning these services within clinical settings, ensuring that clinicians can deliver vital diagnostic results to patients. This position is pivotal in helping external partners identify patient populations that may benefit from life-saving therapies. The starting salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position in the organization. In this fast-paced and emerging market role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a business development opportunity funnel for novel pre-transplant immune response and urinary biomarker assays offered by the laboratory. The individual will need to understand the clinical strategies for post-transplant monitoring and how they relate to the services provided. Building partnerships with transplant clinicians across the United States will be essential to further the usage of these clinical services.
