As a Business Clients Acquisition Executive, your primary focus will be on acquiring new High-Value Segment (HVS) customer relationships and fulfilling their needs related to Assets, Liabilities, Insurance, and Investment as mandated by the Bank. You will also be responsible for deepening these relationships by cross-selling various products. Achieving business loans sales targets and ensuring operational quality with error-free customer applications and documentation are key aspects of this role. You will practice responsive and responsible selling while ensuring nil customer complaints. Additionally, you will conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Money Laundering Prevention (MLP), and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) diligently, adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.
