Weâre seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in Federal Business Development to drive strategic growth across the U.S. federal market, including defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. Youâll own capture and sales cycles end-to-end - from opportunity identification to contract award, and work hands-on with technical teams to deliver customer-ready solutions. This is both a strategic and tactical role: youâll be building long-term relationships, managing complex federal sales processes, and also rolling up your sleeves to lead demos, proposals, and deal execution.
