We recruit, activate, and manage relationships across the real estate and financial services ecosystem—from mortgage servicers and proptech platforms to regional brokerages and property management companies. The Role: We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Partnerships team and drive growth by recruiting, closing, and activating new channel partnerships across the real estate ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building pipeline, negotiating deals, and ensuring new partners launch successfully. You'll own the full cycle from prospecting through activation and enablement. You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to execute on our partnership strategy, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner onboarding and campaign launches that drive measurable revenue impact.
