About The Position

Keyline Industries is seeking a Business Development Manager - Outside Sales to support the growth of Keyline USA business. The role involves developing new clients, managing existing clients to maximize sales and cross-selling, and representing the Keyline brand in the US territory through visits, demos, and sales activities. The position is based in the US, preferably in Cleveland or the surrounding area, and requires a willingness to travel frequently (70-80% of the time) within the US.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (min 3-5 years) in Outside Sales roles in the USA (preferably in industrial, mechanical or electronics)
  • Knowledge of the US B2B market and distribution dynamics
  • Results and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Native American speaker

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive / security / mechanical / electronics sector
  • Knowledge of CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Ability to conduct product demos

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US territory
  • Visit active, dormant and potential customers for demos, technical sales support and relationship development
  • Liaise with HQ and US team for alignment on commercial strategies, pricing and promotions
  • Maintain and update CRM with contacts, offers and pipeline
  • Attend trade shows and industry events in the US
  • Gather market feedback and competitor information
