About the role: This role is responsible for driving rate of sale and growth in key outlets, building and strengthening customer relationships, and championing flawless outlet execution. The Business Development Manager will achieve volume and dNSV targets, develop high-value accounts, and deploy localized activation strategies that elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer connection, and reinforce brand storytelling. They will call on key Multi-Outlet Groups and Regional Customers, contribute market insights regarding promotions, pricing, customer and consumer behavior shifts, and competitive activity. The role also involves ensuring outlet execution compliance with Diageo brand standards, visibility guidelines, and commercial priorities.
