Primary Function Builds market position by developing, negotiating, and assisting the lenders with closing the Smart Series Suite of products within their assigned territory. The BDM structures deals by contacting potential partners and discovering/exploring opportunities. The BDM maintains relationships with Loan Officers to ensure repeat business. BDM participates in support of the strategies and working directly with Sales Leaders and Sales Executives, examining opportunities, risk and business partner’s needs and goals. BDM will be involved in training on the process and product through webinar training as needed.
