About The Position
The Business Development Manager is a dynamic role that requires a broad range of skillsets and experience. This role is responsible for owning and executing strategic initiatives and projects, ranging from modeling market fundamentals and trends, to developing new business models, to synthesizing tough problems into executive-level decision points. Strong candidates for this role will be well-versed in energy markets and storage technology, and will bring a structured approach to solving problems, strong executive-level communications, and a history of successfully managing a wide array of projects and stakeholders. Working on Tesla's Energy Business Development Team requires wearing many hats and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, members of the team must display creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting landscape.
