About The Position

The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales initiatives for TH Foods products in international markets. This home-based position involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, executing customer account growth plans, and maintaining relationships with international clients. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular international travel to support sales efforts and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of extensive International CPG Sales/Account Management experience in international market selling roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to develop Sales/Management reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Extensive knowledge of syndicated data is required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute sales initiatives for TH Foods products in international markets.
  • Support new sales platforms launched in international markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Customer Account Growth Plans for international clients.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with international clients through regular appointments and business reviews.
  • Develop and support Sales/Trade Plans for all brands in international markets.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Brokers to drive accountability and business results.
  • Provide guidance to Brokers regarding Key Customer Priorities and ensure proper account billing.
  • Assist with Trade Shows as necessary and notify the company of competitive information.
  • Manage budget and credit risks associated with assigned customers.
  • Prepare documents such as price quotations, terms of sales, and service obligations as needed.
  • Maintain records of competitor activity regarding new products and promotions.
  • Achieve Sales, Market Share, and Trade Spend objectives.
