About The Position

Key Responsibilities : Dealer Activation : Monitor dealer buying patterns to ensure consistent order cadence; proactively call accounts that have missed their typical re-order window. Industry Experience (or related industries): Candidates with experience in dealerships or industries with a similar sales structure, like automotive, equipment, or wholesale distribution, would be ideal. They'll understand the challenges of managing client relationships in a B2B space and the specifics of dealership operations. Re-Engagement : Execute targeted phone/email campaigns to reactivate dormant or low-volume dealers Lead Development : Qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect new dealer candidates to hand off to Territory Managers Inbound Sales : Field incoming sales inquiries, closing house accounts directly and routing complex opportunities to the field Issue Resolution : Act as the primary problem-solver for dealer escalations (shipping, warranty, product info), serving as the bridge between dealers and the internal support team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
