About The Position

To support our global growth, we are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for our North American operations. This role is responsible for sourcing new opportunities with current customers and new prospects, guiding those opportunities through the sales process to closing. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, and the ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions into enterprise customers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and within the organization.
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially, demonstrating independence and readiness to perform.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in targeting relevant customer segments using professional CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities with current customers and new prospects in the USA.
  • Exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support resellers with enablement to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
  • Become a product and industry expert within assigned vendor line.
  • Work on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision.
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in alignment with the agreed plan.
  • Drive sales out of the agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding, to optimize results.
  • Facilitate the successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals.
  • Foster positive relationships and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the 'Trusted Advisor.'
  • Contribute to increasing both customer loyalty and profitability.
  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned product/service lines.
  • Engage key customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
