The Opportunity We’re seeking an Client Solutions Lead, Healthcare, to lead and grow relationships within our Fortune 50 health plan and managed care portfolio. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across payor organizations — helping them connect translation, localization, and cultural adaptation to performance goals such as Star Ratings, quality improvement (QI), health literacy, and regulatory compliance. You’ll partner cross-functionally to design solutions that address evolving CMS and state requirements, improve member experience, and deliver measurable ROI for our clients.
