Roosevelt University is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand access to graduate, adult, and certificate programs through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify, develop, and secure partnerships with employers and community organizations to build sustainable enrollment pipelines for graduate, transfer and certificate programs. You will lead early-stage partnership conversations, coordinate with internal teams to formalize agreements, and collaborate closely with admissions staff to activate employer-based recruitment opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people, generating opportunities, and driving results while making a lasting impact on students and communities.
