We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, hunter‑minded Business Development Manager or Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our commercial growth strategy by leading sales initiatives for our comprehensive, end‑to-end device design and development services—from early concept and feasibility through engineering, testing and quality assurance, prototyping, and full‑scale contract manufacturing. You will also oversee multichannel prospecting efforts, ensure the accuracy of CRM data, support proposal development, and manage lower‑value opportunities from initial discovery through final close, all under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Business Development. This role is ideal for someone who loves to chase and wants to grow as a high-impact commercial leader within Vantage MedTech. This position requires occasional travel to customers and potential prospects. We are seeking candidates located in the Northeast U.S. or in Northern or Southern California to ensure appropriate client coverage and support for business needs. We do not offer relocation assistance.
