As a Digital Business Development Manager, you will lead sales activities for the North America Region, working closely with the broader sales team to build a healthy pipeline for Digital Customer Solutions. This role involves building relationships, creating opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing accounts for handoff to the implementation team. You will be responsible for executing the digital business' go-to-market strategy for North America, driving opportunities from lead generation to close, and developing strategies to grow market share. You will also engage key decision makers and influencers in the region, support sales efforts for large projects, and become a recognized thought leader in your area.
