About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced strategic plans for the region, including ownership strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Lead initiatives that impact regional and national growth objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and recognized expert in business development practices, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide insights that shape product development and go-to-market approaches.
  • Manage complex, high-impact projects and processes across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals. Act as a mentor and resource for developing talent within the business development team.
  • Influence internal policies, practices, and procedures to optimize business development outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with developers, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPCs), and other strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals that require complex solutions.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM systems.
  • Represent the organization at major industry events, symposiums, and experience center activities. Deliver thought leadership presentations to advance market positioning.
  • Travel up to 50% to engage with key stakeholders and oversee strategic initiatives.
