About The Position

As a Business Development Manager at SkyCell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable pharma logistics. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
  • Deep product, industry, and market knowledge, including trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and economic drivers.
  • Challenger mindset to offer unique perspectives and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the development and execution of account acquisition and growth plans.
  • Own customer success and satisfaction, monitor issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, collaborating with project and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead or support deal negotiations and closings to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and growth by understanding clients’ needs and collecting feedback.
  • Manage or assist in account planning, forecasting, implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and other teams to meet project goals.
  • Enhance SkyCell’s market visibility by organizing events and participating in customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with end customers, freight forwarders, and airlines.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting client interactions and progress.
