Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
  • Deep product, industry, and market knowledge, including trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to present value propositions and close deals.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Challenger mindset to offer unique perspectives and insights to customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical and forecasting skills, comfortable discussing numbers.
  • Project management skills with a commitment to timely execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the development and execution of account acquisition and growth plans, focusing on meeting quotas and expanding relationships.
  • Own customer success and satisfaction, monitor issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain strong account performance.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, collaborating with project and cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead or support deal negotiations and closings to ensure alignment with both client and SkyCell’s strategic goals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and growth by understanding clients’ needs, presenting updates and insights, collecting feedback, resolving issues, and mitigating retention risks.
  • Manage or assist in account planning, forecasting, implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and other teams to allocate resources effectively and meet project goals.
  • Enhance SkyCell’s market visibility by organizing events, conducting demos, and participating in customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with end customers, freight forwarders, and airlines.
