About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Commercial Construction Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing vertical construction projects in the hospitality, towers, and multifamily sectors. The focus will be on achieving objectives, expanding knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
• Previous sales experience is a requirement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently

Nice To Haves

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, but not required
• Experience in the construction industry is desirable
• Demonstrates independent judgment, initiative, and strong analytical skills with technical expertise
• Proficient in using various computer applications and adaptable to learning new ones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads provided to you
• Develop relationships with building owners and property managers
• Generate leads and network within the community
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Collaborate with customers to sign and submit contracts for production
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals
