About The Position

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Club Channel is responsible for driving growth in TH Foods' sales revenue with key customers such as BJ's and Costco across various regions. This role involves executing strategic plans, identifying new revenue opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance distribution and partnership effectiveness. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies while ensuring ethical business practices and transparency in all transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of CPG sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years calling on Costco.
  • Extensive knowledge of CPG and proven track record of success in sales.
  • Ability to develop Sales/Management reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience owning a P&L and trade spend budget.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Grow core business and develop new sales revenue with Club Channel customers.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing and new regions.
  • Execute the Club Channel strategic plan, reporting to the Head of Club Sales.
  • Research trends and develop new opportunities for the Club Channel.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for each business.
  • Own forecasting and assigned trade spend to profitably grow the business.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and buyers at Costco and BJ's.
  • Strategically plan and execute annual business plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with broker partners to drive accountability and results.
  • Facilitate new item development and problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales documents and ensure compliance with pricing and financial guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and develop plans to address risks and opportunities.
