The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional with a background in staffing or talent solutions and a strong understanding of the low-voltage industry. This person thrives on building relationships with key decision-makers in construction, facilities, property management, and technology, and understands the complexity of hiring skilled professionals for specialized technical roles. You will work cross-functionally with Atrium's recruiting teams to deliver best-in-class staffing services, drive profitable sales growth, and be a trusted partner to clients navigating evolving smart building needs.
