Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business / food science, or associate’s degree in culinary arts.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Foodservice customers in beverage application / menu development.
• Strong beverage application and beverage menu development experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Availability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all beverage application and business efforts for assigned customers across the Eastern US.
• Defend and expand existing base of Customized and Branded business with current active customers through account penetration and increasing menu usage.
• Innovate relevant and scalable solutions for foodservice customers, leveraging all of Kerry’s capabilities in collaboration with Kerry’s Marketing, R&D and Culinary teams.
• Develop new and profitable Customized and Branded business at targeted accounts by identifying value added solutions to meet customers menu needs.
• Manage customer relationships at all levels at assigned chain accounts. Focus on generating profitable business by developing customer strategies that address customer goals, objectives, and culture.
• Manage and orchestrate all customer opportunities and activities, utilizing the appropriate resources to win.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies.
• Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy and manage total opportunity pipeline.
