This role is about driving market expansion, particularly within the Department of Defense, and building a predictable, diversified pipeline that fuels the Firmâs next stage of growth. If youâre comfortable operating in front of senior decision-makers, influencing prime contractors, and positioning months (or years) ahead of procurement, you will thrive here. Your Mission Expand aggressively into DOD markets, targeting 50â60% of new revenue growth. Strengthen and protect our existing federal client base. Open new doors in state, local municipalities, and academic sectors. Build strategic teaming relationships that increase win probability. Shift the firm from reactive RFP responses to proactive opportunity shaping.
