About The Position

The Business Development Liaison plays a key role in growing referrals for our Dallas-area Day Neuro Program and Inpatient Rehab Hospitals. The successful candidate will build new and improve existing relationships with area physicians and discharge planners. This role is an extension of our Clinical Liaison team. In addition to establishing business relationships, you will guide and mentor your teammates in account management best practices. Specific Duties Travel to referral locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding communities. Develop and deliver presentations to hospital and referral source staff Develops strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals. Creates quarterly goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in healthcare sales
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with members of the marketing and Clinical liaison teams to achieve established referral goals
  • Basic computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of managed care and physical rehabilitation
  • Experience in marketing to inpatient providers and case managers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
