We're seeking a collaborative business development leader to drive our Measurement Solutions Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions business in North America to new heights of customer loyalty, innovation, and growth! As the Business Development Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts to achieve bold growth targets for a $75M+ portfolio. The Business Development Leader will lead a diverse team of technical sales and business development professionals, passionate about building strong relationships with key engineering and procurement companies (EPCs), Strategic Accounts and End Customers. You will work collaboratively with relevant sales channels to achieve bookings targets, growing our presence in engineered solutions and lifecycle services, with a focus on key industries such as LNG, petrochemical and sustainability. Our Engineered Solutions portfolio includes custody transfer/fiscal metering systems, analytical process gas systems, continuous emissions monitoring systems, liquid analysis systems, and sustainability solutions. Lifecycle Services cover digital engagements, annual recurring revenue contracts, upgrades, and "As a Service" business models In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Achieving business performance goals on bookings targets Driving business development initiatives through demand creation to grow the business with key Industry segment customers within the region Lead early technical engagement to ensure Emerson engineered solutions and products are specified at the end user and/or Engineered Procurement and Construction (EPC)s involved in capital projects at the Pre-FEED and FEED stages to ensure project success. Providing the pursuit team with strategic direction and technical/commercial guidance, ensuring relevant engagements with customers Driving initiatives to increase revenue from the installed base, including annual recurring revenue contracts, upgrades, digital engagement, and as-a-service business model. Collaborate with the Measurement Solutions Product Sales Channel, Project Pursuit Teams, Strategic Account Leaders, and other internal partners to drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. Ensure adequate representation of the business in technical societies, industry conferences, and trade shows to build brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships. Engage the Measurement Solutions Systems Global Center of Excellence in Pune, Cluj and Singapore to effectively support the proposal, project management, engineering, fabrication, and supply chain stages
