About The Position
Raphael & Associates, a nationwide third-party claims administrator (TPA) and field adjusting firm is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our fast-paced growing company for a Summer 2026 internship. RA prides itself on our passion for excellence, creativity, and empowering our associates to make an impact on our business If you are interested in learning our business while meaningfully contributing to our team and share our “roll up your sleeves” approach, our internship will offer you the opportunity to gain career-building experience. This position will be located at our Rutherford, New Jersey home-office location.
Requirements
- Students pursuing a bachelor's degree is required with a focus on insurance, business, marketing, communications, or related area.
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns.
- Assist with development of content for social media.
- Assist with development of marketing information.
- Help maintain and modify our company website.
- Help coordinate and schedule marketing events and coordinate related logistics.
- Assist with acquiring promotional gifts for clients
- Help raise national presence of Raphael & Associates.
