Lumos & Associates is seeking a Business Development Intern to support our business development team. This entry-level, summer position is designed for someone eager to learn how projects move from opportunity to proposal to award. The Business Development Intern will gain exposure to proposal development, client research, CRM systems, and internal coordination, while supporting real pursuits and learning how teams collaborate to win work. This is a summer/seasonal position running from May to August. We are actively seeking candidates in the Reno, Nevada or Sacramento, California area. This position will have the opportunity to sit out of either office. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate files, templates, and tracking lists; interested in supporting team coordination activities such as meeting logistics and event/conference preparation. Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by using good judgment, taking initiative within guidance, and escalating questions or risks early to protect quality and on-time delivery.
