About The Position

SpotHopper is seeking part-time Business Development Interns to join our team. This role begins with an 8-10 week extended training period, with the potential to transition into a full Business Development role afterward. As a Business Development Intern (BDI), you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients, primarily bar and restaurant owners, and will need to possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities

• Reach out to bar and restaurant owners in markets throughout the US to discuss the SpotHopper platform and their business needs.
• Collaborate with your Account Executive to prospect top restaurants across the country.
• Gain practical sales experience by interacting directly with customers.
• Receive mentorship from experienced Account Executives in sales.
• Acquire valuable insights into the operations of a successful tech and marketing startup.
• Research restaurants in various US markets to identify potential clients that align with SpotHopper's solutions.
• Perform all job duties of a full Business Development Representative (BDR) at a reduced rate to facilitate learning the process and product.
