As a Business Development Representative in Corporate Development, you will play a highly impactful role in Williams’ business development and M&A efforts, leading diligence and transition activities across acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and divestitures. Working closely with deal leads, Corporate Strategic Development, and cross‑functional teams, you will drive diligence end to end by coordinating subject matter experts, identifying risks, and shaping valuation and business cases. You will synthesize complex inputs into clear diligence reports and cost assessments that inform leadership decisions, define and negotiate transition services and agreements as deals near signing, and serve as the primary interface post‑close to ensure seamless TSA execution, issue resolution, and data migration—while continuously strengthening your business acumen and improving deal processes.
