Requirements

• Must be a college graduate or graduating senior in a bachelor's degree program.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to relocate after your 6-month training is complete, if required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales Directors and/or Market Consultants to understand how to operate a territory.
• Learn the Flowers way with Key Account holders.
• Understand how baking at Flowers is done.
• Work side by side with our operations team baking our product and learning how we keep our products safe and fresh.
• Participate in a 26-week immersive development curriculum.
