About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, lead generation, and relationship management, with the ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (Enterprise or SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong proficiency with contact databases such as Apollo or Seamless for lead prospecting.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify vendor leads independently.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach.
  • Excellent sales acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly lead-generation and revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English (native-level proficiency preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and outreach across multiple channels.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential vendor leads using innovative and strategic approaches.
  • Leverage Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, and other prospecting tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage and track all activities through a CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, guiding leads through the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and vendor satisfaction.
  • Consistently generate 15–20 qualified business opportunities per month to support company growth targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product, market trends, and competitive landscape to tailor pitches and positioning.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to continuously improve the sales process and outreach effectiveness.
