About The Position

Join us in launching an exciting new delivery program in your area! As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join our delivery partner network. This position offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and remote tasks, with opportunities to earn commission.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in sales and/or customer service; outside/field sales required.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, professionalism, and urgency; strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to two-hour driving distance).
  • Present and pitch the program to generate interest and onboard new partners.
  • Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process using Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls).
  • Build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Maintain accurate records by importing Excel data into Salesforce weekly.
