The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving significant sales pipeline growth and revenue generation in alignment with Cosmetica’s overall commercial strategy and annual sales targets. This role is heavily focused on proactive business development, lead generation, and expanding Cosmetica’s presence with new and existing customers. The BDE will be accountable for building, managing, and converting a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while strategically growing and retaining a defined portfolio of existing clients. This individual will own territory performance, accelerate new account acquisition, expand share of wallet within current accounts, and consistently deliver measurable revenue growth. The BDE will serve as a trusted commercial partner to clients and a key driver of long-term, profitable growth for Cosmetica.
