About The Position

Site Impact is a leading multi-channel marketing technology company helping brands and agencies reach targeted audiences at scale. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our high-growth sales organization. This role is perfect for a hunter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing net-new business.

Requirements

  • Hunter Mentality: You’re hungry, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuit of new business.
  • Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in digital media, SaaS, or marketing technology.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Process-Driven: Skilled at managing a sales cycle from lead generation through close, with disciplined CRM usage.
  • Collaborative & Entrepreneurial: Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where ideas are welcomed and execution is key
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Consistent achievement of or surpassing of sales quotas.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing/advertising solutions and digital performance metrics a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Vertically-Specific Leads
  • Identify and prospect high-value opportunities within assigned vertical markets (e.g., automotive, travel, retail, etc.).
  • Develop and execute vertical outreach campaigns, leveraging Site Impact’s data and marketing tools.
  • Build & Manage Pipeline
  • Create, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients from first contact to signed contract.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM.
  • Close New Logos & Drive New Revenue
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Transition to Account Management
  • Seamlessly hand off closed accounts to the Client Services/Account Management team for onboarding and long-term success.
  • Provide clear documentation and insights to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate & Grow
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to provide market feedback and drive continual improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
