Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value, complex partnership deals.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map complex organizations and engage senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and executive-level presentations.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, deals, and industry events.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, accountability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, structure, negotiate, and close complex strategic partnerships across mortgage, financial services, and emerging verticals.
  • Lead enterprise sales presentations and executive-level discussions to secure long-term commercial agreements.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach strategies, including account mapping, personalized campaigns, and discovery calls.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and legal teams to drive partnerships from concept to deployment.
  • Own RFP processes and complex deal cycles, managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution quality.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities, verticals, and partnership models.
