About The Position

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Business Development Executive to sell management services to community association Board Members in the Tri-county area (Broward, Palm Beach, Dade). The job offers a competitive base salary of $80K - $88K, with uncapped commissions based on individual performance, allowing top performers to earn $200K or more in their second year. Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in business development, sales, or association/hospitality management for medium-sized to large companies
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communication or Marketing equivalent
• Experience selling solutions-oriented services
• An existing network of individuals in Service Sector, Hospitality or Community Association Management
• Ability to meet & exceed sales and commission targets

Nice To Haves

• Proven strength/track record in closing new business
• Experience managing department systems and processes, such as CRMs and sales tools
• Established network of strategic personal and professional contacts within the industry

Responsibilities

• Get in front of two associations a week
• Document data and track performance using CRM
• Develop strategic partnerships to feed the sales pipeline
• Stay on top of sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Identify root causes of problems to provide solutions
• Travel 15% of the time to Naples
