Job Location: Remote Job Summary: Pets Best is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive (BDE) - Regional to join our growing Employee Benefits Channel. This is a remote role responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Pets Best’s footprint across the Eastern United States. In this role, the BDE will lead prospecting and pipeline development efforts while building strong regional relationships with employee benefit brokers, consultants, and benefit technology platforms. You will be responsible for positioning and selling pet insurance as a voluntary benefit to large and enterprise employer groups, with a primary focus on generating net-new business opportunities. The BDE will work closely with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding and rollout experience for each new employer group sold. Following successful implementation, ownership of the account will transition to the Client Success team for ongoing relationship management and growth. As Pets Best continues to expand its presence in the employee benefits space, this role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who is a self-starter, thrives on building new relationships, understands the employee benefits and broker ecosystem, and is motivated to help scale and grow the Employee Benefits channel at Pets Best.
