Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, groups, and community partnerships is essential for generating future sales growth and sustaining existing business. The BDE will develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect and diversify relationships with targeted brokers. Active participation in community and industry organizations is expected to enhance visibility and networking opportunities. The BDE will analyze existing business reports to identify growth opportunities, maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, and leverage the company's strengths to expand membership. Accurate documentation of sales activities, call notes, and prospect information is critical to support the overall sales plan. Additionally, the BDE will provide valuable market feedback for sales forecasting and monitor competitor activities to inform leadership of market trends and opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to assessing client needs and suggesting appropriate products or solutions, as well as resolving complex issues that may arise during the sales process.
