We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Executive to join Advanced Paperbag, manufactures and supplies sustainable high value, packaging in North America. Territory: U.S. East Who You Are The Business Development Executive role calls for you to be an experienced B2B sales professional who possesses the following characteristics: Consultative – You’d rather build relationships and recommend the best solution based on needs and challenges. Business savvy – You have the spirit of an entrepreneur. Good with people – You’re able to take on an advisory role with business owners and C-suite in a professional manner. Connected – You’re growing a network of business executives who can help expand your sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in securing new 6-figure B2B contracts.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
  • Valid Driver License and clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging films and materials.
  • Familiar with delivering solutions with company that need packing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify midsized or enterprise businesses to offer Advance Paperbag solutions.
  • Accomplish sales goals determined by management.
  • Demonstrates B2B sales expertise including a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly to review business needs with prospects and customers as needed to achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
  • Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. In turn, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects turning them into customers. This includes maintaining continuous growth within existing accounts.
  • Responsible for responding to web leads throughout the US, utilizing video meeting platforms and/or phone meetings to continue the sales process to closing.
  • Help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but not limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
