Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven business development professional to help expand our Financial Services practice, with a primary focus on community banking and opportunities in adjacent industries. This role plays a key part in helping executives navigate the strategic, operational, and technology challenges that often limit organizational performance or growth. The VP, Relationship Development will work alongside a small, highly collaborative group of senior sales and practice leaders who are deeply engaged in shaping the firm’s growth and expanding our impact across the financial services industry. Success requires comfort engaging the C-suite, uncovering pain points, and clearly articulating how Hartman’s independent advisory model provides strategic IT leadership that clients often struggle to find, afford, or retain internally. This is a strategic relationship development role for someone who enjoys working at the executive level and influencing long-term decisions rather than transactional sales cycles.
