Withum seeks a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding Withum's market position and for achieving specific related financial goals. The Business Development Executive can be based out of our Houston, TX office location. This person will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities both independently and in coordination with the Firm's Partners, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Business Development Executive will work with the Partner group, marketing and other key staff to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the Firm. They will also help manage existing clients to ensure they stay satisfied and positive. This person should have a business understanding of the energy industry – upstream, midstream, downstream spaces. They should have relationships within key centers of influence - lawyers, bankers, the capital market space (investment bankers, PE/VC) and others. While Houston would be the primary market focus, this position would include extending our reach to include the primary energy basins within North America.
