About The Position

Join Triumph as a Business Development/Enterprise Sales Executive and help companies streamline payments, strengthen relationships, and grow faster with our innovative payment solutions. You will drive new business development, manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, and build partnerships that transform how transportation and freight companies handle payments. From prospecting and networking to closing deals and nurturing client relationships, you’ll be at the center of growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the freight, transportation, or logistics industry.
  • Experience with freight brokerage is a plus.
  • Proven ability to explain and sell technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial with the ability to cover a large territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales efforts for Triumph’s transportation and freight payment solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate our payment technology platform to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new enterprise clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to track prospects, referral partners, and deal progress.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management.
