Start reaching out to bankers, CPAs, and referral partners on a weekly rhythm Build your own style of outreach—calls, coffee, LinkedIn, networking events Land at least 5 qualified opportunities by the end of your first three months. Down the Road (6–12 Months): People in your local banking/CPA world actually know your name You’re consistently bringing in 8–12 warm leads every month You’ve built a referral network that keeps sending us opportunities without you having to chase as hard. You’ve proven you can be a growth engine for the firm Your scorecard is simple: Number of Outreaches Number of your outreaches that turns into meetings How many warm introductions you bring in (leads)
