About The Position
Thales Defense & Security, Inc. (TDSI) is seeking a Business Development Director to design, lead, and implement the strategic business capture plan for various government and international business initiatives. This position is based in Germantown, MD, and reports to the Vice President of the DRT business line. The role involves managing the Business Development team, interfacing with customers and partners, conducting market analysis, and leading the preparation of proposals and capture plans for significant government programs. The successful candidate will also oversee tradeshow coordination and lead multi-discipline teams in pursuit of new business opportunities.
