About The Position

The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in generating new opportunities across all areas of our business. From researching and contacting potential clients, to coordinating the progress of new business leads, to supporting marketing initiatives, this role is all about fueling growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable balancing client outreach with internal coordination.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed goals.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales support, or client relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, video conferences, mailers, and in-person meetings to promote our brand and set appointments.
  • Track and promote our internal employee lead program to grow qualified leads.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment goals.
  • Coordinate internal project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on all business opportunities.
  • Provide support to marketing efforts with campaigns, content, and client communications.
