This role focuses on lead generation, CRM management, and coordination of proposals and events to ensure efficient sales processes and accurate reporting. The BDC collaborates with internal teams to maintain data integrity, assist with marketing campaigns, and deliver high-quality support for client-facing activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting outside sales or business development teams.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems and maintaining database integrity preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Create and format agreements, proposals, and process documentation for client engagements.
  • Input and maintain opportunity sales funnels for Client Account Managers and regional business development leaders.
  • Research and prospect new accounts and contacts using online tools, directories, and publications.
  • Independently utilize resources to source accurate data Assist with service lead management by entering leads and assigning tasks in CRM.
  • Manage and maintain CRM database to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Support pre- and post-event activities for webinars, roundtables, and regional events.
  • Generate customized and standard reports for business development and leadership teams.
  • Assist marketing with email campaigns by providing targeted data and distributing results.
  • Enter meeting and call notes provided by team members into CRM.
  • Collaborate with research analysts to support research packet components as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
