In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy. You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in business development, proposal writing, or marketing
  • The ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Associate’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • A background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing
  • AEC industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • CRM experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of business development programs from initiation to completion, including creating and maintaining detailed timelines, action plans, and milestone tracking
  • Develop and implement standardized processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor program activities against established schedules and alert management of potential delays or issues
  • Create and maintain program dashboards to visualize progress and identify areas requiring attention
  • Ensure that all program deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate workflow between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
  • Design and implement filing systems that ensure easy retrieval of critical business development information
  • Manage version control for all program-related documents and ensure team access to current materials
  • Compile and synthesize program data from multiple sources for inclusion in reports and presentations
  • Serve as the primary administrator for CRM systems used by the business development team
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all partner interactions, opportunities, and pipeline information
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to track relationship development progress
  • Train team members on proper CRM usage and documentation standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize CRM effectiveness for business development purposes
  • Plan and coordinate all logistics for business development meetings including scheduling, room reservations, technology setup, and catering
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials including agendas, handouts, and presentation decks
  • Track business development participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders
  • Draft and distribute internal communications about business development initiatives, successes, and updates
  • Develop and maintain communication schedules to ensure regular updates to all stakeholders
  • Liaise between the business development team and other departments (marketing, product, operations)
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation materials
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure proper hand-off of new business
  • Gather feedback from various departments to improve business development processes
